      • Human immunodeficiency virus
      • Lymphoproliferative disorders, especially chronic lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL)
• Other autoimmune disorders
• Mixed
  • Cold
    • Cold agglutinin disease/syndrome – about 15% of all AIHA cases
    • Paroxysmal cold AIHA – also known as Donath–Landsteiner syndrome
• Primary (idiopathic) vs. secondary
